• Outside setups are $200 EXTRA
• If setup is outside PLEASE understand that I , your decorator IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for unforeseen weather conditions , balloons popping , windy weather which may cause items to blow or fly off the tables etc. Please watch weather prior to your event date in case you may need to change locations. If location change is needed please advise me at as least a week in advance.
